To understand the theoretical underpinnings and practical implementation of the Structural Approach to cooperative learning, first we will examine three empowering theoretical concepts: Situationism the Seven Keys to Success and Teacher А, В, C. Kagan Structures are step-by-step, content-free instructional strategies that structure the interaction of students with each other, the curriculum, and the teacher to ensure the implementation of four basic principles of cooperative learning, to be explained in this chapter.
